This exclusive holiday home is located on the Geigenbühel in a lovely quiet setting.
The three floors (ca. 120m² living area) offer 3 bedrooms for a maximum of 7 persons, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave...) and a comfortable living room with wooden tables, ceramic oven and a terrace with its own south-east facing garden.
The free village bus stops only 50m away and the journey to the village lasts only a few minutes. Or a pleasant stroll will get you to the centre in around 10-15 minutes.

Resort tax: € 1,50 (daily rate from 16 years of age)
Extra bed: € 20,- (max. one available, apart from cots)
Cot: € 5,-
+ single final cleaning charge of € 100,-

On booking a guarantee is taken in form of the credit card number with expiry date. The bill is then payable in cash (without exception) in Seefeld.
