Terms & Conditions
The apartments are fully furnished and a weekly change of linen and towels is included!
Our prices include the use of the Oktogon wellness area in the Hotel Charlotte with indoor swimming pool, panorama sauna, herbal sauna, steam room, Kneipp area, fitness room and table tennis room. The following facilities are available at a supplement: infra-red cabin; solarium; fresh-water whirlpool; cosmetic treatments; massages and other body treatments.
Please note that no credit cards are accepted. Payment can be made with an EC/Maestro/Bankomat card, although in the case of special offers or price reductions, payment must be made in cash.

3-Room- or 4-Room-Apartment € 60,-/

Conditions of cancellation
In case of cancellation of the accommodation contract, the following fees/charges apply:
- For every cancellation of a confirmed booking a handling fee of EUR 32,00 applies.
- From one month before the arrival, 20% of the cost of the booking, with a minimum of the above-mentioned handling fee.
- From two weeks before arrival, 60% of the cost of the booking, with a minimum of the above-mentioned handling fee.
- From one week before arrival, 80% of the cost of the booking, with a minimum of the above-mentioned handling fee.
- On the last day or on no-shows, the total booking price is charged.
- Furthermore the general policies and conditions of the Austrian Hotels Convention are applicable.
In cooperation with the insurance company „Europaeische Reiseversicherung“ we offer you the possibility to sign up for a cancellation insurance. More information and pricing can be found under the following internet page:
